Safeguarding

Care for everyone

As followers of Jesus, we want to share God’s love and care with everyone we come in contact with, particularly children and adults with additional care and support needs. We want to provide a safe environment that enables you to thrive emotionally and spiritually. We want to do all we can to ensure your well-being, taking responsibility to safeguard you from any form of abuse. We will record and report any abuse that we discover or suspect.

Staff and volunteers are trained and committed to building a culture that is safe. Appropriate checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service are made wherever appropriate. Every member of the Ignite (Sheffield Vineyard kids team) has an enhanced disclosure check.
