God wants us to give our all, and to love with His extravagant love, but He does not want us to fall into burnout. The Lord encourages us by (1) giving us rest of body and heart, in place of exhaustion, (2) by assuring us that He has not finished with us when all seems hopeless, and (3) by revealing Himself to us and uniting us with the family of His people when we feel alone.
